Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.
Another unit I have found educational but quite difficult. I am seeing the pattern between present tenses and past though can see how students who learning English as a new language would struggle to grasp these concepts. The irregular past simple forms alone are easy when English is your first language but I can imagine would be hugely difficult for speakers of other languages to grasp initially.Reflecting upon this unit, I have learn future tense. There are many specificities of future tense such as: going to future, future perfect continuous, future perfect, future continuous, and future simple. All of which, have specific usages. For example, future simple has six usages; future facts, promises, predictions (based on no present evidence), assumptions, spontaneous decisions, and threats.
