China UK Development Limited (CUDL) was founded on September 2012 with the aim of promoting educational and cultural exchanges between China and the United Kingdom (UK). Apart from the Teach English in China project, we also specialise in providing exchange programme and residential training schools for students from Asia. We are currently looking for EFL teachers to teach English in China. This programme aims to improve Chinese students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In addition, teachers will be expected to develop students’ confidence and interest in their studies.

This promises to be a comprehensive international teaching experience, where teachers will have the opportunity to use their TEFL skills and live in a country with an extensive history and fascinating culture. Additional benefits include a generous wage, working visa, health insurance, free accommodation (including utilities), and an airfare reimbursement.

POSITION INFORMATION:

1) Teach in public school, private school

2) Students’ Age: 3-18 years old and adult

3) ESL-related and subject curriculum and teaching material provided

4) around 18-20 teaching hours per week (up to 40 hours per week)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelor’s degree or above

2) One or two years teaching experiences or above;

3) TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (120 hours) is preferred

4) Willingness to undergo a police check prior to commencement

5) Enthusiastic and flexible work attitude

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

1) 10000-15000 RMB per month after tax（around £ 1100-1560 after tax） (depending on qualifications, experience and teaching time)

In this content I have learnt the different types of testing methods used by teachers. It was interesting to see what different types of test are suitable for different classes and different stages of class knowledge. It has taught me how vitally important testing can be to see how much knowledge different pupils have retained and whether the class needs more practice in certain areas.This unit mainly talks about what is a qualified English teacher ,a qualified teacher should set up activities to allow the students to practice language use,games should be all content related instead of doing game for fun ,as teahcer we need to understand what's true meaning of kids' behavior, and some analysis on how to evaluate a good student from those are not that good and so on.
