Kid Castle are seeking TEFL qualified teachers for positions in our ESL Training Schools in Shanghai. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing teachers with a passion for working with young learners. Teachers will be responsible for planning lessons and instructing students between the ages of 3 and 12. Kid Castle schools use our own curriculum and materials with full training provided for new teachers. We also have ongoing training available for personal advancement. Teachers will work 34 hours per week including up to 24 teaching hours.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Starting salary 15,000 to 18,000 RMB monthly

In my opinion the unit 6 is very useful understand it good because all time a person with native english language use differents time verbs and is not easy understand her or him. So I believe is very neccesary know very well this unity and this way I able to speak with other people, understand the meaning of the conversation and teach other persons the correct usages the past tense.This unit was very interesting and gave a good introduction of what makes a good teacher and a good learner. It is important to evaluate the difference between a monitor and a facilitator is. It is important to instill in your students that you, as a teacher, are there to help them to learn and thrive. You want to gain their trust and respect. You also must be aware of their culture.
