Marvelous Tree English is recruiting EFL Teachers for full-time positions in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. We are part of the Yuqi Education Group, established as our first high-end education brand for English learning. We are devoted to introducing and developing an “immersive” English learning environment that is relevant to the learning characteristics of Chinese children who are non-native English speakers. Our goal is to build China’s No.1 children’s English brand for children aged from 3 to 12. Since its establishment in 2015, Marvelous Tree English has won a good reputation in the market and has been developing rapidly thanks to its excellent teaching and service. At present, Marvelous Tree English has 5 campuses in Suzhou, with a total area of 2,000 square meters.
Suzhou is a major city located along the southeastern edge of Jiangsu Province in eastern China. Bordered by the Yangtze River in the north, Shanghai in the east, Zhejiang Province in the south and Lake Taihu in the west, Suzhou is a beautiful city that’s easy to get to and live.
JOB DETAILS:
• Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 3-12)
• Around 8-12 students per class. Teach students according to teaching plans.
• Using electronic media and courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Actively participate in the school activities related to teaching.
• Maintaining regular office hours（35 office hours per week, including 20-25 teaching hours/week, 40 minutes/ teaching hour）
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A genuine interest in children, with a love for education, committed to development of education and professionalism
• Minimum Bachelor education degree.
• Minimum one year teaching experience.
• With teaching credentials or language teaching certifications,(TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL）
• Native level English speakers.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
• Monthly salary: competitive
• Day off: 2 Days off per week (Mon.& Tues.)
• Office hours: 35 office hours/week, including 25 teaching hours/week, 40 minutes/class;
• Paid sick leave
• Festival: the same as Chinese staff
• Housing allowance: Free apartment. The living environment is nice. It is very convenient.
• Working Visa provided
• Additional: Health insurance and round air ticket reimbursement upon completion of one-year contract.
