The Language Co. is hiring certified EFL teachers for placements in Santiago and the surrounding regions. Successful applicants would have a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA qualification as well as relevant teaching experience. We have openings with both corporate and young learner clients and are looking for dedicated professionals who will commit to the full academic year.

Positions are available as early March 2016. We offer a full time contract which includes a guaranteed monthly wage and assistance with the visa process. Teachers are provided with ongoing academic support, a wide range of quality resources and complimentary Spanish classes.

This lesson early showed the difference between an effective lesson and a not so strong lesson. It really showed how a teacher's attitude can effect the classroom setting and how a teacher can make lessons more engaging and interactive and produce more student responses. It showed how small changes can make more students feel comfortable speaking out in class and giving their answers aloud.This unit was very informative and somewhat difficult for me to grasp. This was my first time ever learning about the conditional having different forms. I appreciated the example teaching ideas because I could use them as a reference or template to brainstorm my own activities. Overall, I understand how difficult it is for English learners to understand reported speech and the conditional.
