In Buenos Aires for a few months and want to use your TEFL skills to meet people and improve your Spanish? Spanglish Exchange, a long established club, are looking for native English speakers to teach slang and idiomatic expressions at regular events! This is an ideal way to start using your TEFL skills in an informal environment. Teaching experience is a plus, but no Spanish language skills are necessary. Ideally you are fun, live in Palermo or Recoleta, and want to share your vast knowledge of pop culture with locals.
Must be available for evening and late evening hours (9/10/11pm) at least one event per week. The emphasis is on education through entertainment.
Our format of one-on-one “mini-conversations” that last for 10 minutes (5 in Spanish, 5 in English), give you the chance to practice your conversation skills with multiple native speakers. The idea is that more is better!
Thursdays - Brukbar (Oro 1801 - Palermo) at 9pm
Friday - BrukBar (Oro 1801 - Palermo) at 10pm
Saturdays - Brukbar (Oro 1801 - Palermo) at 10pm
