Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.
The unit covered different ways in which to teach a variety of different levels. I learnt that there is more than one way to teach a language and that each methodology has different results for different people. It showed me how best to utilise teaching time to get better results and what I need to include, and how I should structure lessons to make sure students have the beest potential to learn the language.In this unit i learnt the importance of the speaking and writing skills. I have learnt that the skill of writing shouldn't be neglected as the components involved are as equally important and would solve a lot of spelling mistakes and punctuation. Good techniques used for speaking that can create a better atmosphere. It is important to have a great atmosphere so as to get the learners comfortable and involved.
