With an average age of 25, Kosovo has the youngest population in Europe, creating a high demand for qualified teachers. After declaring independence in 2008, Kosovo’s secondary and higher education are new and exciting fields to get involved in. Pay ranges from 500 to 800 depending on experience and education level.

This unit went over the different equipment and teaching aids. It explained the effective uses of each and why. It also went over what to avoid doing in certain situations. I learned from this unit that there are so many mediums in getting the information out to the student choosing the right one is critical. I also learned that when working with the equipment that preparation and rehearsal are key.this unit is all about the appropriate means to use in delivering new vocabulary, grammar and other language concepts effectively in the classroom.from the unit i have learnt that how easy or difficult a vocabulary item is depends largely on a number of factors such as similarity to students own language.i have also learnt some basic techniques for teaching vocabulary such as engage, study and activate.
